Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and four years of job-related experience or two years at lower level Admin Assistant 2 or equivalent.
• Proven ability to review, investigate and evaluate claims under laws and program regulations.
• Experience with risk management, analytics and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate and evaluate claims to determine eligibility for reimbursement or compensation.
• Manage claim lifecycle from incident reporting through closure across multiple lines.
• Analyze claim trends and risks to recommend cost-reducing strategies.
• Maintain organized claim files and support audit readiness.
• May serve as lead worker and coordinate with stakeholders.
