Great American Insurance Group in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Senior Property Claims Representative to manage complex property claims for the Specialty Human Services division. You’ll investigate, draft coverage decisions, and develop resolution strategies with guidance from supervisors.

This hybrid role requires on-site presence four days per week with one remote day; qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of property claims experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience handling commercial property claims.
• Strong skills in customer service, verbal and written communications, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and maintains property claims, including more complex cases.
• Reviews and evaluates coverage and drafts Reservations of Rights and coverage disclaimers.
• Establishes reserves, negotiates settlements within authority, and supports subrogation efforts.
