Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) is seeking a Project Scheduler to plan and manage schedules for maintenance, outages, and infrastructure projects across our energy assets.

You will coordinate with plant operations, supply chain, and project teams to ensure on-time delivery while leveraging Maximo or Primavera.

Hybrid role based in Arizona with occasional travel to sites; 40% in-person collaboration and coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 2 years related experience in plant, maintenance or facilities environment.
• Experience developing and managing project or maintenance schedules.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Maximo, Primavera, or similar systems.
• Must possess working knowledge of MS Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain schedules for plant outages, maintenance, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate work activities to align equipment, workforce, and operational needs.
• Partner with project teams to support safe, efficient project execution.
• Monitor schedules and adjust plans to keep work on track and minimize disruptions.
