Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Project Administrator to optimize the Project Management System, coordinate 2-6 week engagements, and support operational excellence across Advanced Services. You will report to the Sr Program Supervisor and work on a Hybrid schedule from Pittsford, NY, Atlanta, GA, or Salem, OR.

You will act as a primary client contact, ensure on-time project execution, allocate resources, and support the Deal Desk with quotes and information requests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct customer-facing experience including project coordination, account support, design, development, or service.
• 1+ years preparing quotations, supporting pricing activities, or cost estimating.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and SAP is preferred; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotations and customer requests, maintain project documentation, and facilitate cross-functional communication.
• Apply structured project management methods across Advanced Services engagements.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation for customer projects and support management reporting.
