Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Project Administrator to manage and optimize the PMS, coordinate 2-6 week customer engagements, and support operational excellence across Advanced Services. Hybrid work from Salem, OR, Pittsford, NY, or Atlanta, GA.

Primary client contact and quote support with engineers to develop proposals and scopes of work. Requirements include 3+ years in customer-facing roles, quotations experience, and proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct customer-facing experience in project coordination or related roles.
• 1+ years in preparing quotations or supporting pricing activities.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong SAP/MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotations, track proposals, and support project documentation.
• Apply structured project management methods across Advanced Services engagements.
• Coordinate logistics and documentation for customer projects and reporting.
• Prepare management reports including sales, delivery metrics and KPIs.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve scheduling or capacity risks.
• Assist Deal Desk with information requests and quotes for software solutions.
