Job summary

PRINCIPLE SERVICES LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager I to bring schedule and project controls discipline to power delivery projects. This hybrid role combines remote work with regular travel to the office and project sites for coordination and client meetings.

You will build schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6, track progress and costs, and prepare controls reports for client reviews. Relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of PM/project controls experience.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Knowledge of cost tracking and progress reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update project schedules in MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Track progress, cost, and change against the schedule baseline.
• Prepare project controls reporting: cost forecasts, progress curves, and schedule updates.
• Maintain change order, RFI, and submittal logs, and keep documentation audit-ready.
• Coordinate with Construction Inspectors, engineers, and subcontractors to keep the schedule and the field in sync.
• Support project closeout: as-built tracking, punch lists, warranty documentation, and final reporting.
• Help run project status meetings. Keep decisions and action items documented and followed up.
