Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Transmission & Substation Programs to lead complex electric utility capital projects in Southern California. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The role requires on-site presence in Pomona, CA on Mondays and Tuesdays, with field visits and meetings as needed. Bachelor’s in a related field and 7+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience on complex capital, infrastructure, engineering, construction, or utility programs.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage electric utility transmission and substation projects through the full lifecycle.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain execution plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Lead multi-stakeholder communications and ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
