Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Senior Specialist, Major Projects - Construction Project Management Support in Pomona, CA. You will support the analytical functions essential to developing and executing capital transmission and substation construction projects, interfacing with cross-functional teams including licensing, engineering, procurement, and construction.

In this hybrid role, you will help manage schedules, budgets, and documentation, and prepare status reports for leadership

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Project Support experience.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle of large capital utility construction projects.
• Strong project coordination, meeting facilitation, stakeholder communication, and action item management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports pre-construction planning by guiding action items and maintaining data integrity in project tools.
• Collaborates with project teams across 30+ members and coordinates schedules and budgets.
• Develops presentations and status reports for management and executive review.
• Manages change orders and construction modifications, ensuring document control and site procedures.
