Job summary

PM2CM, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Pomona, CA, with hybrid-remote flexibility (in-office Tuesday and Wednesday).

You will lead electric infrastructure projects within the Construction & Technical Support organization, collaborating with customers and internal teams to manage scope, cost, and schedule across transmission and distribution initiatives. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business, construction management or engineering, plus 7+ years of project management

Qualifications

• Seven years of Project Management experience including ownership of scope, cost, and schedule.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management or Engineering, and PM certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects and programs within the organization, including various facility relocation, capital, and grid-related efforts.
• Schedules and leads internal and external meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Maintains project documentation across systems and ensures compliance with processes and procedures.
• Manages regulatory and legal matters related to projects and cost management including budgeting and forecasting.
