Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a Project Manager – Transmission & Substation to lead multiple capital projects from planning through turnover, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, project controls, estimating, supply chain, and EHS, drive project plans, and maintain stakeholder communications. Hybrid work with ~20% travel and site visits to active project sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with electric utility transmission or substation projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of scope, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, risk management, and construction execution.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
• Exposure to EcoSys, PowerPlant, Maximo or similar systems.
• Comfortable working in both office and active project-site environments.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.
• College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from planning through construction, startup, turnover, and closeout.
• Own performance across scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality, risk, and communications.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, controls, estimating, supply chain, EHS, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk plans.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal resources to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Lead meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor costs and schedules using Primavera P6, EcoSys, PowerPlant, and Maximo.
• Support procurement, equipment selection, and turnover activities.
• Visit sites periodically to track progress and address challenges.
• Maintain focus on safety, environment, quality, and project controls.
