Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in agile projects – strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 5+ years of requirements management. Oversees milestones and may require coordinating & writing technical documents and business process flows.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Prior experience with system administrators.
• Experience with developing SELC documents.
• Skills with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and the Atlassian suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with a team or individually.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the delivery of projects and managing dependencies with other project teams.
• Leading infrastructure teams in a hybrid work environment.
• Facilitating critical conversations between stakeholders with shifting priorities and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of SELC and associated documentation (project plans, charters, business cases, requirements documents, test plans, reports, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of agile Scrum methodology in software application project teams.
• Translating captured requirements into technical documentation for infrastructure and application teams.
• Gathering requirements with senior executives, clients, and business analysts, and documenting them.
• Experience migrating on-prem technology platforms to the cloud.
