Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government-required Public Trust.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-12 engineers and professionals.
• Collaborate with engineering, testing, and operations groups.
• Manage ServiceNow and JIRA workflows.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the lifecycle.
