Job summary

Inadev Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join an agile team in Reston, VA. You will own the team's cadence, facilitate sprint ceremonies, remove blockers, and keep metrics honest while leveraging AI-assisted delivery tools.

The role requires 2+ years as a Scrum Master, CSM or PSM I, Jira proficiency, and strong facilitation. You will collaborate with other Scrum Masters, support the Product Owner backlog refinement, and help drive continuous improvement across the program.

Qualifications

• CSM or PSM I certification.
• 2+ years as a Scrum Master for software delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of Jira or equivalent Agile tooling.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a HYBRID schedule in Reston, VA.

Position Summary

The Scrum Master/Business Analyst serves a dedicated Agile team on the program, owning the team's delivery cadence and health. You will facilitate all sprint ceremonies, clear impediments, keep team metrics honest and visible, and help the team make effective use of AI-assisted delivery tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews/demos, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and shield the team from disruption; elevate blocks? (currently "escalate blockers promptly")
• Maintain team boards, metrics, and sprint reports, leveraging AI-assisted tooling
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters on cross-team dependencies and integration points
• Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and sprint-readiness of stories
• Foster team improvement through actionable retrospectives
• Support release planning and readiness activities

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
• Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.
• Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.

Salary Description

$120,000-$140,000 (based on pertinent experience)
