Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years post-master's or five years post-bachelor's related project management experience in a research setting or related field.
• Grant and contract experience.
• Strong supervisory skills and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a portfolio of TDS IRC research, training, funding, and collaboration initiatives.
• Support the Director of Programs & Strategy in designing, launching, and administering new TDS IRC initiatives.
• Develop and improve project management processes, policies, templates, and governance structures.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, trainees, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely achievement of objectives.
• Serve as liaison for assigned initiatives with internal departments, funders, and external organizations.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and expenditures for proper stewardship and compliance.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, and tools to track milestones and risks.
