Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center is looking for a Program Coordinator for its Data Philanthropy team in Seattle. This role involves managing administrative tasks and supporting data analytics while promoting donor engagement and revenue growth. The position offers a hybrid working model with a minimum of two days per week on-site at our South Lake Union campus. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience, with excellent organizational and communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Proficiency in project management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and track issues across data and technology.
• Support task management in Reporting & Analytics.
• Assist with data update requests ensuring privacy and accuracy.
• Act as a liaison to ensure team alignment.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling and document management.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer service.
• Responsible for complex data entry and hygiene functions.
