Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple process improvement projects with functional owners.
• Develop project charters, plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Develop metrics and methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status and manage stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies and address issues.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Monitor performance with key metrics and reporting tools.
• Document outcomes and sustainment plans for benefit realization.
• Support PMO reporting and cost-benefit analysis.
