Job summary

Mansfield Energy Corp is hiring a Business Projects Specialist to drive successful project execution from initiation to completion at our Houston office. The role reports to the Manager, Systems & Process Improvement and collaborates with IT, finance, sales and operations to define requirements, manage resources and deliver outcomes.

You will develop project plans, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure high-quality delivery aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, engineering or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience with software systems deployment & integrations.
• Knowledge of Natural Gas retail & wholesale industry segments is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and data transformation abilities.
• Proficiency with Python and relational databases (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business projects, ensuring objectives are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders and business leaders.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support project requirements.
• Create and maintain reports with KPI insights and data analyses.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvements.
