Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc., a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer, is seeking a Temp Associate Project Manager to drive a new product launch from concept to delivery. You will partner with Product Development, Packaging, Procurement, Sourcing, Regulatory and Creative teams to ensure on-time delivery.

This hybrid role based in downtown San Francisco requires 2+ years in project management in CPG, in cosmetics or beauty, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage timelines,

Qualifications

• 2+ years project management experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or cosmetics/beauty sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders including cross-functional partners and third-party vendors.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Establish a timeline for delivering new products across multiple channels and brands.
• Create and manage detailed project plans with dependencies, owners, deadlines, and durations.
• Drive issues to resolution through partnerships and creative problem solving with rigorous logic.
• Perform risk assessment to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Build partnerships internally and externally to deliver new products.
• Keep key partners updated on progress, risks, and deliverables.
