Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is seeking a Project Manager – iWAREHOUSE Technology Solutions to lead end-to-end deployments of iWAREHOUSE across a diverse customer base. You will work with S&SC, internal teams, and clients to deliver successful technology rollouts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with some travel and relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployment of iWAREHOUSE technology solutions with S&SC, internal teams, and customers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring resource alignment and on-time delivery.
• Lead customer-facing meetings to align on goals, share progress updates, and address risks or scope changes.
• Create standardized implementation playbooks and strategies tailored to customer KPIs.
• Oversee data transfers, cleansing, and integration for accuracy and security.
• Analyze reporting to evaluate performance and support decisions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for iWAREHOUSE and Operator Assist across channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify feature enhancements and scalable deployment practices.
