Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) seeks an Enterprise Architect - Telematics to lead architectural delivery for MyInsights and iWarehouse. This role provides enterprise-wide authority, guiding architectural decisions across hardware, software, and API-driven integrations to ensure security, interoperability and scalable transformations.

The candidate will define principles, lead governance, and collaborate with product teams to align with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise and platform architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Champion scalable, secure, API-driven and event-driven architectures for telematics solutions.
• Own and evolve end-to-end architecture for MyInsights and iWarehouse across technology aspects.
• Lead the development of a 3–5 year telematics enterprise architectural roadmap including product strategy, data platforms, security and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as architectural authority and lead governance for telematics initiatives.
• Define and enforce architecture principles, standards and reusable design patterns for telematics and IoT technologies.
• Identify architectural risks and technical debt across products.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across product teams.
• Coordinate development architecture for hardware, software and API-driven integrations across internal, external and 3rd-party teams.
• Guide architectural decisions around telematics data models and governance.
