Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is seeking an IT Program Manager to coordinate and complete multiple related projects supporting strategic initiatives at our Greene, NY location. You will set milestones, assign project leads, and monitor progress across teams to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

You will lead discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders, manage risks, and maintain comprehensive documentation while driving continuous improvement and governance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of broad experience in project or program management.
• Strong project management skills including planning, organization, leadership, budgeting, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to build consensus across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for small/moderately complex projects.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Communicate project scope and objectives to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan across interconnected projects.
• Develop, implement, and manage governance, controls, and services.
