Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA) is seeking a Field Service Engineering Supervisor for iWarehouse to oversee a team of field service engineers, provide technical direction, and drive continuous improvement. Hybrid work from Greene, NY with up to 50% travel and on-call rotation.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring of engineers, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in delivering iWarehouse products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree; 3 years of engineering experience or 11 years related experience.
• Proven leadership experience (team lead, project lead, technical lead).
• Customer interface experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general PC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of field service engineers, fostering growth and high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the field organization in new development projects, identifying field impacts and collaborating with engineering to develop support strategies.
• Collaborate across field service, product development, and engineering to incorporate user feedback into design updates.
• Review and guide technical documentation, service manuals, and training materials for field standards alignment.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs to ensure consistent system functionality and service expectations.
• Oversee call desk operations, manage escalations, and coach teams on problem solving and communication.
