Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Project Manager for Incubator Brands to oversee a portfolio from concept through launch and post-implementation. This hybrid role is based in Summit, NJ, with responsibility to connect cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, and Regulatory to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will lead complex initiatives, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and champion continuous improvement in the E2E

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years cross-functional business experience in PM, engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years formal Project Management experience.
• Ability to work independently without direct line management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Innovation (NPD) or Life Cycle Management projects on time and within budget.
• Build plans, align stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, ensure compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and more.
• Develop project charters, metrics, risk plans and resolve conflicts.
• Present updates and stage-gate reviews at governance forums.
• Drive business process improvements aligned with Supply Chain needs.
• Use Planisware for updates and portfolio management.
