Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Project Manager, Incubator Brands to oversee a portfolio of Innovation and Life Cycle Management projects from concept through launch and post-implementation. You will connect cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, Regulatory and Finance to align plans and deliver results.

The role requires 8–10 years in PM, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong PM capabilities; an advanced degree or PMP is preferred. Hybrid work in Summit, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of combined business experience in PM, engineering, R&D, sales, planning, finance, marketing or operations.
• Minimum 2 years of formal Project Management experience.
• Ability to work independently without direct line management authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of Innovation or Life Cycle Management projects, delivering on time and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from chartering to post-launch activities.
• Develop charters, metrics and risk mitigation plans; present at governance reviews.
• Maintain Planisware updates and drive process improvements within the PMO.
