Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Global Creative Hub. You will coordinate cross-functional digital campaigns, manage calendars and budgets, and act as the bridge between commercial, creative, and client teams.

Your role focuses on delivering large scale campaigns on time and profitably. You will collaborate with designers, developers and in-market teams, lead production on websites and rich media, and ensure streamlined workflows while maintaining high quality and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience producing digital projects for brands or agencies.
• Thorough understanding of the digital marketing process.
• Experience with websites, apps and/or rich media campaigns.
• Familiarity with demand-side platforms and ad formats.
• Proficient with industry-standard PM tools and budgeting.
• Strong client-facing communication and timeline management.
• Excellent English spelling and grammar, meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute cross-functional digital campaigns with partners.
• Manage day-to-day project calendars and inter-department communication.
• Support briefing and build informed timelines.
• Create project documents and track scope changes.
• Streamline workflows across creative teams and ensure quality control.
• Report status to executives and team members clearly and reliably.
• Lead production on websites, apps and rich media projects.
• Meet clients in person or remotely to set production strategy.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure profitability.
• Scope new projects with budgets, resourcing and timelines.
• Apply platform knowledge to brief design, development and copywriting teams.
