Major Cosmetics Client is seeking a Project Manager I for a hybrid role in Cranbury, NJ. The 6+ month W2 assignment will lead a Value Stream Mapping (VSM) effort within the Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain (OCS).

Responsibilities

• Lead VSM planning and workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Document end-to-end process steps including flows and owners.
• Validate data and establish baselines (cycle time, OTIF, inventory).
• Capture process maps, observations, pain points and decisions with version control.
• Identify waste and bottlenecks; propose root-cause driven improvements.
• Develop future-state design with roles, controls and tech needs.
• Create an prioritized improvement roadmap with milestones and owners.
• Track governance, risks, dependencies; provide sponsor updates.
• Support change enablement and benefits tracking across teams.
