Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Project Manager for a Cranbury, NJ assignment with a reputable global cosmetics client. The role focuses on leading process improvements, cross‑functional collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years PM experience, strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with VSM, Agile, and automation initiatives. Onsite hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in eCommerce, retail, supply chain, or customer operations.
• Experience facilitating cross‑functional projects and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process optimization, and business process analysis.
• Experience implementing software, automation, or AI‑driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data validation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and ROI‑focused projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and consensus‑building abilities.
• PMP, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• Experience with customer portals, order‑to‑cash processes, or omnichannel operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) initiatives, including planning, facilitation, execution, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to establish performance baselines.
• Document workflows, process maps, risks, decisions, and key project deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, process inefficiencies, and root causes.
• Develop future-state process designs and improvement recommendations.
• Create and manage project roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and action plans.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and project progress while providing stakeholder updates.
• Support change management, training, stakeholder engagement, and process adoption.
• Monitor implementation results and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
