Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 2+ years related experience or High School/GED with 5+ years related experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or PM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and staff project teams including Development, Engineering, Project Controls, Estimating, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Legal, EHS, QA/QC, Operations and Communications.
• Coordinate with matrixed team members and stakeholders; facilitate meetings; ensure timely reporting and governance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, procurement and integration plans.
• Manage execution within approved scope, budget and schedule; enforce change management and project closeout.
