Clever Care Health Plan is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager in Huntington Beach, CA, to guide strategic initiatives across departments. The role partners with management, executives, and analysts to define objectives, scope, and success metrics while ensuring projects deliver value within scope, time, and budget.

The position emphasizes collaboration, change management, and Lean practices to improve operational performance and patient outcomes in a dynamic Medicare Advantage environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and project management with successful deployment.
• Six Sigma, Change Management and PM certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience in health care process improvement and health IT implementation strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise projects from initiation through completion with alignment to priorities, scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with milestones, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate execution by assigning deliverables, reviewing progress, and resolving issues to stay on schedule.
• Establish governance practices, dashboards, reporting cadences, and executive communications.
• Develop KPIs and data-driven metrics to monitor performance and guide improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and drive process improvements.
