The role provides enterprise‑level project oversight through the full lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, within‑scope, and on‑budget delivery while aligning with regulatory requirements and OSH core values.

Competenze

• Seven years of professional level experience related to the class concept.
• PMP certification required and valid in Oregon.
• Experience with procurement processes and contract coordination.
• Ability to work across cross‑functional teams in a regulated healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Mansioni

• Oversee DIS‑supported technology projects to align with OSH priorities.
• Coordinate acquisition of information systems, including RFIs, RFPs, and SOWs.
• Collaborate with DIS staff, OIS partners, and vendors to deliver project artifacts.
• Lead testing, training, communication, and change management activities.
• Identify risks and maintain stakeholder engagement to ensure regulatory alignment.
