Capital One is seeking a Manager of Project Management to own strategic, high-priority projects across corporate functions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain governance, and drive on-time delivery while balancing scope and timelines.

From day one, you’ll partner with senior leaders, mentor associates, and apply structured project management methodologies to turn big ideas into measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 6 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 2 years of Jira experience.
• MBA and PM certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma).

Responsabilidades

• Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs with strategic direction.
• Design and adapt project plans in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure governance and documentation to manage risks and on-time delivery.
• Align project execution with business intent through strong analytics.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to drive delivery.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Implement clear frameworks to manage work within complex streams.
• Mentor and grow a team of associates.
