Code Red Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile code consulting projects nationwide. You will build trusted client relationships, guide planning through delivery, and supervise multidisciplinary teams to improve life safety outcomes.

This hybrid role may be based in Boston, NY, Bethesda, MD, or Los Angeles, with occasional travel. We value collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning as you help shape project outcomes and grow our growing firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A degree in Fire Protection Engineering is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in code consulting, fire and life safety engineering, and project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead high-profile code consulting projects that help shape safer buildings and communities across the country.
• Develop trusted relationships with architects, owners, developers, healthcare systems, higher education institutions, and AHJs.
• Solve complex code and life safety challenges alongside multidisciplinary project teams.
• Provide project-based mentoring and support to consultants and emerging project managers.
• Help shape project outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
