Job summary

Code Red Consultants is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead code consulting projects and manage client relationships. This hybrid role may be based in Boston, New York, Bethesda, MD, or Los Angeles with travel to sites as needed.

You will oversee multi‑phase engagements for life safety and code compliance, mentor teams, and contribute to firm growth while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in code consulting and project management.
• Knowledge of fire and life safety codes, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile code consulting projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Develop trusted relationships with architects, owners, developers, healthcare systems, and AHJs.
• Provide mentoring and support to consultants and junior project managers.
