Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, finance, or business field with 5+ years of related experience.
• Alternative: high school diploma with 9+ years of related experience.
• Advanced certifications (PMP, PMI-SP, AACE) are desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and project controls software tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish project cost baseline report at a detailed level.
• Managing monthly project forecast and risk assessment.
• Project forecast includes actuals, balance to go, and labor costs.
• Providing analysis and forecasting of project cost performance.
• Track and manage changes to the project scope and cost baseline.
• Review and reporting of project status and vendor performance.
