Responsibilities

• Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues; escalate as appropriate.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and report status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination and ongoing stakeholder communication.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending workflow, templates, and tool improvements.
