- Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in analytics, operations, or supply chain.
- 5+ years in process improvement or analytics.
- Experience identifying operational issues and driving improvements.
- Experience reporting data to identify trends and actions.
- Experience with SAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to improve operational efficiency and financial results.
- Align resources and execution to evolving business needs.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to standardize and scale processes.
- Own global service delivery for overseas Pune team including strategy and performance.
- Lead monthly financial performance analysis and cost-improvement initiatives.
- Translate strategy into operating models and KPIs.
