Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to deliver best-in-class healthcare solutions under the Director of Supply Chain Optimization. You will manage multiple customer-facing projects, collaborate across departments, and drive successful implementations with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of project management or consulting experience.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with ability to act independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Travel requirement up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer projects with regular internal updates to key stakeholders.
• Act as primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders; define project requirements and obtain final approval for implementation.
• Track project performance and ensure on-time delivery within scope using PM methodologies.
• Build constructive relationships and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean methodologies.
• Coordinate and travel to onsite projects to support program implementation.
