FCX Performance, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of assigned projects from kickoff to closeout in a hybrid work environment.

You will coordinate with sales, engineering, document control and expediting, manage scope, schedule and budget, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Qualified candidates have industry project management experience, PMP preferred, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to lead multiple

Qualifikationen

• Industry/project management experience in industrial/mechanical equipment or EPC.
• PMP certification preferred; company will sponsor path to certification.
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage pricing and contract terms.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to leadership and customers.
• Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, document control, and expediting.

Aufgaben

• Own project execution end-to-end: kickoff, execution, and closeout.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and customers.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Meet regularly with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; mitigate scope creep and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Document Control, and Expediting to stay on track.
• Review contracts and process change orders to protect margin.
• Support sales on project bids and provide input during quoting.
• Ensure supplier accountability and on-time, on-spec delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting.
