Qualifications

• Experience in project management or EPC or related field.
• PMP certification preferred; sponsorship available to obtain it.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Strong negotiation and contract terms skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, document control, and expediting.

Responsibilities

• Own project execution end-to-end from kickoff to closeout.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers and customers.
• Serve as primary contact for customers throughout project lifecycle.
• Monitor scope, schedule, and budget; mitigate scope creep and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Document Control, and Expediting to stay on track.
• Review contracts and process change orders to protect margin.
• Support sales on project bid packages and provide input during quoting.
• Ensure on-time, on-spec delivery by suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting.
