Job summary

Invesco is seeking a Project Manager in Atlanta to coordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams, technologies, and external partners. The role emphasizes structured planning, governance, and proactive risk management to deliver on commitments.

Qualifications

3+ years of project coordination or project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
Experience building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and RAID logs.
Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, Confluence, and Planner; familiarity with AI-enabled planning tools.

Responsibilities

Lead project leadership and coordination across multiple activities, stakeholders, and dependencies.
Plan timelines, create detailed schedules, and manage milestones and critical paths.
Monitor execution, identify blockers, drive actions, and escalate when needed.
Track internal hours vs estimates and report variances to leadership.
Prepare status updates, RAID logs, and governance materials for stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors or third parties to track deliverables and risks.
Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve planning, documentation, and reporting.
Support project closeout, lessons learned, and transition activities.
