Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture required or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of construction/design related experience.
• RA or PE preferred but not required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-construction due diligence and report construction risks.
• Evaluate contracts, plans, hard-cost budgets and project schedules.
• Conduct periodic site visits and provide risk assessments.
• Prepare reports on building systems and recommended repairs/costs.
• Support client relations and project growth.
