Job summary

Hillmann Consulting, LLC in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Construction Risk Management Project Manager for a hybrid role handling property condition assessments, progress monitoring, due diligence reviews, and consulting for lenders, investors, and developers nationwide.

The team includes PMs, engineers, architects, and construction professionals delivering pre-construction due diligence and progress monitoring services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of construction/design experience.
• RA or PE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-construction due diligence documentation and prepare risk reports.
• Review contracts, plans, budgets, and schedules for construction projects.
• Conduct periodic site visits and provide updates on construction risks.
• Perform walkthrough surveys to assess building systems and estimate repair costs.
• Complete special projects as directed by management and build client relationships.
