Saputo is seeking a Project Manager, Commercial Operations in Milwaukee to lead cross-functional commercial initiatives from ideation to launch. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial manufacturing, sales or similar industrial role.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business results.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and communicate effectively.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional commercial projects from initiation to launch.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and stakeholder updates across sales, marketing, finance, R&D and operations.
• Oversee customer initiatives through internal systems, including private label launches and product changes.
• Collect and input data for launches and changes, ensuring accurate records.
• Engage stakeholders and hold teams accountable for on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop detailed project timelines with clear milestones and monitor progress.
