Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Commercial Operations in Milwaukee to lead cross-functional commercial projects from initiation through launch.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, R&D, and operations to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of product initiatives. The role requires strong PM skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial manufacturing operations or similar.
• Experience leading cross-functional stakeholder projects.
• Strong PM skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
• Analytical problem-solving with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional commercial projects aligned with business goals.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation to launch and closure.
• Manage key customer initiatives and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Collect and input data for internal systems supporting launches.
• Engage stakeholders and keep teams updated on progress and risks.
• Develop detailed project timelines with milestones.
• Monitor progress, address risks, and keep projects on time and budget.
• Analyze data, report performance, and recommend improvements.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
