Job summary
Saputo, Inc. is seeking an Insights Analyst in Milwaukee to drive growth through data-driven insights. You will translate trends into actionable recommendations, support joint business planning with major retailers, and collaborate across marketing, category management, and sales to reveal opportunities and optimize performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, category management, consumer insights or related field.
- CPG experience preferred; dairy experience a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead insights-related to joint business planning with Retail and Foodservice customers; monitor trends and provide recommendations.
- Track category, segment, brands, and SKU performance to explain findings.
- Support development of fact-based selling stories for sales initiatives and identify white space opportunities.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources and present insights to address business issues.
- Collaborate with Category Management, Marketing, Innovation, Culinary, and Sales to drive decisions.
- Build and maintain standardized reports, scorecards, and trackers.
