Job summary

Synergy Siteworks is seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial site development in Central Florida. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, lead field teams, and maintain client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in civil/site development, proficiency with Procore and MS Project, and the ability to travel regularly to active job sites. Hybrid work model in Orlando with frequent site visits.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of project management experience in civil site development or general construction.
• Strong knowledge of civil sitework including earthwork and utilities.
• Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural drawings and specs.
• Proficiency with Procore construction management software.
• Experience with scheduling software (MS Project or similar).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and Excel; tech-savvy with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead subcontractor scheduling, coordination, and performance.
• Resolve field issues and manage scope, schedule, and quality.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, bid solicitation, and buyout.
• Maintain schedules using Microsoft Project and monitor progress.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, punch lists, and daily reports.
• Track budgets, change orders, and cost-to-complete reporting.
• Drive project profitability and client communications.
• Mentor junior staff and improve PM processes.
