Faculty develop syllabi, engage students with clear objectives, and participate in ongoing professional development and responsible AI practices while supporting student success.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required or a Doctoral degree in a related field with 15 graduate credit hours in Project Management.
• PMI PMP certification highly preferred.
• Applicants must upload unofficial graduate‑level transcripts with their application.
• Accredited institution or equivalent accreditation; state licensing considerations may apply.
• Faculty must have subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides students with an approved DeVry University syllabus following campus templates.
• Organizes, prepares, and regularly revises all course materials.
• Uses appropriate online technologies and course software, including email and discussions.
• Models effective communications to engage students and improve learning.
• Sets clear course expectations with terminal objectives and grading timelines.
• Ensures exams align with terminal objectives and provides timely feedback.
• Embraces responsible AI practices in teaching and evaluates AI use in student work.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
