Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Project Management Business Analyst to develop and refine project management processes and templates, enabling consistent delivery across programs. The role requires strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and SAFe, with 5–7 years of PMO experience and solid analytical skills.

Hybrid work schedule with 3 in-person days at core locations (Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA) and 2 remote days; authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience as a member of an Enterprise PMO; strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project management artifacts and templates.
• Review and audit project deliverables for standards and quality.
• Participate in solution reviews and testing support; validate requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology and business partners.
