Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of a global food retailer, is seeking an Analyst IV, Business in Salisbury, NC. The role performs requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation to support PMO-driven internal tools and processes.

This hybrid position requires 5+ years in business analysis, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Clarity, PowerBI, SharePoint and Atlassian tools. Core office in Salisbury with 3 in-person days and 2 remote days.

Overview

The Analyst IV, Business performs business requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation to support enhancements and solutions that address defined business needs. This is in support of the Project Management Office for internal tools and processes.

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location is Salisbury, NC. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• General understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile scrum, SAFe

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology-enabled process improvements.

Salary Range: $92,640-$138,960
