Job summary

Urban Science seeks a Detroit-based Manager to support client services on an account team, overseeing projects under a Sr. Manager. You will handle client relations, project management, and present conclusions to mid-level management while guiding direct reports.

Hybrid work with in-person days in Detroit, MI. Responsibilities include data quality, client databases, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure software functionality and successful renewals.

Qualifications

• University degree required; technical degrees preferred.
• Minimum 6 years related work experience; 8 years preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and client handling skills.
• Experience with project management and PMO procedures.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead project outcomes with on-time delivery and quality.
• Manage client relationships and present conclusions to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams on installation, setup and QA.
• Design and maintain client databases using Urban Science tools.
• Support contract renewals and identify new client opportunities.
• Mentor and supervise team members and ensure data accuracy.
